Mr. Evans has handled hundreds of construction defect cases in both the residential and light commercial settings, including class actions involving defective construction products such as synthetic stucco, windows and composite siding. Early in his career, he defended individuals, businesses, insurers, manufacturers, landowners, retail stores, large trucking companies and other entities against claims involving catastrophic injury and death.
